Privacy Notice

This site is operated by FlashCat LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. It collects what you send: your name, phone number, ZIP code and what you need when you submit a request, and the number you call from when you phone us, plus basic information about how the site is used, described below.

How We Use It

We use it to connect you with a licensed dental office that can help, and we share your request with that office. We and the business you're connected with may call or text you about your request at the number you gave; reply STOP to any text to opt out. We don't sell your information or share your number for anyone else's marketing. When you agree, we keep the time, your IP address and browser as a record of that agreement.

Health Information

We aren't a dentist, dental office or health plan. The answers you give in our form or to our phone assistant (what you need help with, when you'd like to start and how you plan to pay) are used only to understand your needs and connect you with a dental office that can help, and they're shared only with that office. Because we aren't a health care provider or health plan, the federal HIPAA privacy rule generally doesn't cover what you send us, so we limit it ourselves: we don't sell it, use it for advertising or share it with anyone else, and we delete it when you ask. Please don't send medical records or your health history; the dentist will ask for what they need. Once you're a patient, the dental office's own privacy notice applies.

Calls

Calls to our number are answered by an automated assistant that asks what you need and uses your answer to route the call. If no one can answer, you can leave a voicemail, which is recorded, transcribed and passed to the person handling your request. Our phone provider keeps a record of each call.

Site Visits

When you use this site we record which pages you view, how far you scroll and which links and buttons you tap, with a random ID kept in your browser so repeat visits can be counted. We don't use advertising cookies, and we don't sell this information.
