Who Runs This Site

Dental Implants Salt Lake City is operated by FlashCat LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("we," "us"). FlashCat LLC is responsible for this website and the referral service it offers.

What the Service Is

Dental Implants Salt Lake City is a free referral and advertising service. We are not a dentist or dental office and we don't perform the work ourselves. When you call or send a request, we connect you with independent independent dental offices with dentists licensed by the Utah Division of Professional Licensing. Those businesses set their own prices, do the work, and are solely responsible for it, including their licenses and insurance. We may receive payment from businesses that advertise through this site.

Health Information

Dental Implants Salt Lake City is not a dentist, dental office or health plan, and nothing on this site or said on a call is dental or medical advice. The questions we ask, such as how many teeth are missing, when you'd like to start and how you plan to pay, help us understand what you need so we can connect you with a dental office that fits. A licensed dentist decides what treatment is right for you after an exam. See the privacy notice for how we handle your answers.

No Guarantees

We don't guarantee that a business will be available, will contact you, or will quote a particular price, and we don't guarantee the quality of any work. Prices and figures on this site are general estimates drawn from published sources, not quotes. Information here is general and isn't professional advice for your situation. Check a business's license and reviews before you hire it.

Your Request and Consent

When you send a request and tick the consent box, you agree that we may share the information you provide with businesses that can help, and that we and those businesses may call and text you about that request at the number you gave, including with automated technology. Calls to our numbers are answered by an automated assistant that asks what you need and routes the call; if no one can answer, you can leave a voicemail, which is recorded and transcribed. Our phone provider keeps a record of each call.

Give accurate information, and don't use the site to send spam or anyone else's details. We may block requests that look automated or abusive.

The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, FlashCat LLC isn't liable for any work, products, advice or conduct of the businesses you're connected with, or for indirect or consequential losses from using this site.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
